more thoughts on Inspiration

I have always admired the glass work of the Murano artists and as a member of  Artbeads.com Bloggers I received this absolutely breathtaking showstopper:

This is what is sitting in my studio this morning. I am not sure if the drop design works best for this bead or an inline design.
Stay tuned…

Hi Valerie,
I read your blog so, of course, your name is familiar. Yesterday I was reading the June 2009 issue of O and there's an article about several groups of Palestinian and Israeli women who meet to fight weight problems. One of them is Shoshana Aharoni, 62, a retired nursery school teacher. I don't know is your name is a common one but thought of you. It's a wonderful article about the women coming together and helping each other. Small steps.

Hi Susan,
No relation. The man I married changed his name. Go figure. Aharoni is common among the sephardim. It derives from Aharon who is prominent in history.

Thanks for visiting my small digital corner!

Valerie
