The blue ones were made over an armature that actually reacted to the heat and melted. It is still in the balls. That big red-orange ball was formed in halves.<br /><br />I've made lots more since. How do you keep the air inside of the bead from distorting the bead when baking? Or is this a 2 part process. The new web graphic is lush. It is calming to the eye, and very detailed on the second look. The banner reminds me of a mokume gane sheet and your name is so playful.<br /><br />The Blown Polymer are they hollow? If so, how was that accomplished?<br />The Ribbon Beads are stunning. The ribbon IS amazing. I was not sure it was going to work. In person it has a translucency in the whitish stripes, nicely accented by the opaque colored stripes. It really worked! And stayed flexible. I used 'old' formula clays.
