You want to ask everyone you know to become a fan. Then everyone in OUR FB network sees we have, and they go look too, to see what you are about. It increases exponentially... then every time you update your page a notice goes out to all of your fans. It is a simple, free way to do marketing though it can take a bit of time to expand your network. It happens automatically, over time --It should not take a lot of time to maintain since you already do the work of blogging and getting photos of your work - it is just one more way to direct people to your web site.
